As a passive participant you will get:

As an active participant you will get:

• the possibility to present your research in two ways: Oral and Poster Presentation
• access to all scientific sessions
• access to workshops,
• access to keynote lectures
• coffee breaks
• lunch
• welcome package
• abstract book
• certificate
• opening ceremony and cocktail

Who can be an active participant?

If you want to be an active participant, you must fall into one of the following categories:

• Degree Stage: Bachelor, Master, PhD, young doctor
• Degree Programme: Medicine, Biomedical Sciences, other related life sciences
• Research: Research project, dissertation, other ongoing research

When is the abstract submission deadline?

The deadline for abstract submission at ICMS 2017 is 20 Feb 2017.

Where should I register?/ How to register?

In the application form here: http://icmsbg.org/registration-form/ you can choose the area of the research (e.g. Biochemistry, Endocrinology, etc) and once it is approved it will be put in the respective session – Therapy, Surgery, Preclinic, etc.

Could you tell me more about the congress?

ICMS has been organized for 15 years and welcomes more than 400 participants every year. It is hosted by AMSB and will take place in the period 11-14 May 2017. This forum gives an opportunity to medical students and young doctors from all over the world to present their research work in a number of oral and poster sessions. It takes place in Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria, in the Medical University of Sofia.

For the forth time in 2017 the organizing committee will include keynote lectures in the scientific program presented by scientists from other universities.
You can participate as an active or a passive participant.

As an active participant you will get:

Currently the Early Active Registration is 30 euros and the Early Passive Registration is 20 euros.

When will I know if my abstract has been approved for presentation?

Your abstract will be revised by our Scientific committee and will inform you about your status, whether you are accepted or not with an email. Expect this email by the end of March.

How can I register for workshops?

Every participant can choose from a variety of over 20 workshops at ICMS 2017. The registration for workshops is at first-come, first-serve basis and will start in the end of April. All registered participants will receive information via email before the beginning of the registration for workshops.

How can I pay my registration fee?

PAYMENT WILL BE OPENED IN YOUR PROFILE ONCE YOUR APPLICATION HAS BEEN APPROVED! You first need to register for ICMS 2017 and then we will send you an e-mail once your application is approved.

You can pay in several ways: bank transfer, PayPal or upon arrival!

Can I make corrections to the submitted abstract?

Yes, corrections to the abstract and it’s authors can be made. You need to email the Organizing Committee as info@icmsbg.org.
In the your email please include your name an Token/ID Number of registration write done the corrections that need to be made.
