Dear ICMS friends,

The congress is in LESS THAN 2 WEEKS!

Oral presentation

Program:MS Powerpoint. (Preferably adapted for an older version of MS Powerpoint)

Time Limit:The speaker has 8 minutes to present his/her paper. No extra time will be allowed over the 8 minutes. After each presentation the participant will have 2 minutes to answer questions from the jury and the audience.

Please bring your presentation on a USB memory stick to the hall where your session will take place 15 minutes prior to the beginning of the session. If you have special requirement for PC software, please inform us beforehand so we can answer You whether we could provide such software or not!

On the following link you will find the evaluation criteria for the oral presentation – Oral Presentation Evaluation Criteria.

Poster presentation

Size:The poster format should not exceed A0 format (height 120 cm, length 90 cm). Portrait size is preferable.

Presentation: Posters are hanged up during the whole session that they are scheduled in. During that time the presenting authors have to stand by their posters in order to answer to related questions from the jury and the audience. You will have 5 minutes to make your presentation and then another 2 minutes to answer questions frоm the jury and the audience.

The poster boards are made of material appropriate for push-pins. Push-pins will be provided by the organizers.

On the following link you will find the evaluation criteria for the poster presentation – Poster Presentation Evaluation Criteria.

That way you will know what to expect when you go to the sessions or how to present your abstract in the best way possible. Because of all of your work this year ICMS will be #transformingmedicine !
