ICMS Ambassador Program

An ICMS Ambassador is a student who wants to promote the International Congress of Medical Sciences amongst fellow colleagues at their University/Faculty and help the Organizing Committee reach as many biomedical students as possible.

Let’s expand the network of young, enthusiastic and inspiring medical professionals together!

  • Get a discount on your participation fee or you can even come for free to the congress depending on the number of participants you attract (50% discount for bringing 5 participants, 60% for 6 participants etc. and a free spot if you get 10 participants).

Tasks:

  • Promote the Congress in the premises of your University using the materials that the OC provides (flyers, posters and brochures**).
  • Actively share information about the Congress on social media such as Facebook and Instagram.
  • Give a presentation in front of students (in any biomedical field).
  • Send photos showing your way of promotion with enthusiastic people around you (pr@icmsbg.org).
  • Stay in touch with the OC throughout the whole year.

International & National Ambassadors:

An International Ambassador is a medical student who is living and studying outside of Bulgaria and they are willing to promote the congress among their colleagues at their University/Faculty.

A National Ambassador is a medical student who is currently living and studying in Bulgaria* and they are willing to promote the congress among their colleagues at their University/Faculty.

*  Note: A national ambassador could only be a student who is NOT studying in Medical University of Sofia.

FAQ:

You will receive an email with the answer within a week period after the deadline for ambassador application.

The selection process is based on the motivation, interest and capability of the applicant to complete the ambassador’s tasks.

You are considered an ambassador from the moment you receive your confirmation email until the end of the respective ICMS edition.
