Presentation Policies

Some of these sessions may take place at the same time in different lecture halls. You will receive information about which session you will be presenting in via email once your abstract has been reviewed by our Scientific Board and approved.
Each Active Participant will be allowed a maximum of 5 minutes for the Presentation and 2 minutes for Questions and Discussion. Please do not exceed the allowed timeframe. There will be a crew member notifying you once you have 1 min left to conclude.
We accept presentations in the form of PowerPoint Presentations and PDF Files.
During each session a Scientific Jury will be present that will be evaluating your presentation using criteria such as time management, presenting skills, quality of data, support of data, availability of statistical analysis, etc.
Poster Sessions

The poster size should not exceed A0 format (height 120 cm, length 90 cm). Portrait size is preferable. You are required to print and bring your poster with you. No posters will be printed by the Organizing Committee.
The Scientific Jury will evaluate your poster. You will have 5 minutes to present your poster and 2 minutes for questions. Criteria for evaluation will also include context, grammar, availability of figures and statistics, take-home messages, etc.
